Content published on websites we build and manage for you must:
- Be accurate and not misleading about your business or services
- Comply with advertising standards in your jurisdiction (ASA in the UK, FTC in the US)
- Include proper disclaimers where required
- Respect third-party intellectual property rights
- Not make false or unsubstantiated claims about competitors
3. Review Management
When using our review automation services, you agree to:
- Only request genuine reviews from actual customers
- Not incentivise reviews in ways that violate platform terms (e.g., Google, Trustpilot)
- Not suppress or selectively solicit reviews based on expected sentiment
- Not post fake, fabricated, or misleading reviews
4. Virtual Receptionist and Chatbot Usage
When using our virtual receptionist and chatbot services, you agree that:
- Information provided to our receptionists and chatbots must be accurate and up-to-date
- You are responsible for keeping service information, pricing, and availability current
- Our receptionists and chatbots will represent your business professionally and accurately based on the information you provide
- You will not instruct our team to make false claims or misrepresent your services
5. SEO and Link Building
Our SEO and link building practices comply with search engine guidelines. You agree:
- Not to engage in separate “black hat” SEO practices that could harm the reputation of your website or our services
- To inform us of any third-party SEO activities being performed on your website
- That search engine rankings are influenced by many factors and cannot be guaranteed
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may:
- Issue a warning and request remediation within a specified timeframe
- Temporarily suspend your access to our services
- Remove or disable offending content
- Terminate your service agreement immediately in cases of serious or repeated violations
- Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any misuse of our services or violations of this policy, please report it to abuse@garagegrowthlab.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
